Class Description
A welcoming and relaxed beginner-friendly class focused on exploring foundational yoga postures and mindful movement at your own pace. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up, before moving into a steady practice, breaking down the postures with clear, accessible guidance and plenty of options. It’s all about finding what works for your body, moving with intention and curiosity, and most importantly, having some fun! We’ll finish with a lovely restful Savasana, so you can leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Perfect for: those who are new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to refine and deepen their practice in a supportive, friendly setting.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will still be charged.
