I’m Elli, a yoga teacher based in Milton Keynes.
I offer friendly, inclusive and laid-back classes that are open to everyone, whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. My teaching is focused on exploring yoga with joy and intention, letting go of perfection and helping you step out of your busy mind and into your body. It's not about how it looks, it’s about how it feels!
With clear guidance, plenty of options, and no pressure to keep up, you’ll be supported to move, breathe, and rest in a way that works for you. Whether you want to build strength, ease tension, feel calmer, or make space in your week just for you, you’re more than welcome here. 💖

A beautiful opportunity to step away from the rush of everyday life and enjoy a full day of gentle movement, intentional rest, mindful creativity, and nourishing food - all designed to help you recharge, recentre, and welcome the changing season.
Cosy Candlelit Yoga💫
→ Friday 14th November 6.00-7.15pm | Bow Brickhill
Gentle, slow and stretchy yoga followed by an extended Savasana or Yoga Nidra to help you truly relax and unwind. If you're feeling exhausted, burnt out, overwhelmed, disconnected or just a bit meh, this class is for you! There will be no pressure to keep up or achieve anything, just gentle, restorative movement, all of the props, blankets and pillows, and as many mini candles as I can get my hands on. 🕯️

Private Sessions and 1-2-1s
I offer personalised 1-2-1 yoga sessions, group classes, yoga for special events, and workplace yoga both virtually and in person. Private sessions are a great way to tailor yoga to your specific needs, with the flexibility to choose a time and place that works best for you or your group.
Most recently, I led an online desk yoga session for the annual STEM conference at The Open University, which was met with lovely feedback:

I’ve started to create a free library of YouTube classes you can enjoy anytime, anywhere.
I’d love these videos to grow into something that really supports our community of people practicing together. Yoga isn’t just about individual practice, it’s about connection and unity with others too. Practicing within a supportive community makes yoga even more meaningful (and fun!).
