About me
My classes focus on exploring yoga in both a fun and meaningful way. There’s no need to worry about being 'good' at yoga - it’s not about being really flexible or mastering tricky poses (although a little challenge can be fun!). Instead, it’s about moving with intention, exploring what feels good for you, and beginning to connect mind, body, and breath.
Classes
Hatha Yoga
A gentle, accessible class exploring foundational yoga postures and mindful movement with clear guidance, plenty of options, and a relaxed, non-judgemental space.
The focus is on discovering yoga at your own pace and, most importantly, having some fun!
Mondays 6-7pm

Feel Good Flow
A slightly more dynamic hatha class offering opportunities to explore fluid movement and challenge yourself, all in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Focusing on moving mindfully and building strength in a way that feels good for you, with plenty of options to suit your practice.

Private Sessions
I offer personalised 1-on-1 yoga sessions, group classes for family and friends, yoga for special events, and workplace yoga. Private sessions are a great way to tailor yoga to your specific needs, with the flexibility to choose a time and place that works best for you or your group.
Prices start from £45 per session
